Troubleshooting Common Issues

Sync not updating in real time

Verify your OAuth token is still valid. Tokens expire after 30 days by default — re-authorize the integration under Settings → Integrations.

Duplicate contacts appearing in CRM

Enable deduplication rules under Settings → Data → Deduplication. Lane Command matches on email address and phone number by default.

Custom fields not mapping correctly

Confirm your custom field API names match exactly in Settings → Integrations → Field Mapping. Check for trailing spaces or case mismatches.

Webhook payloads not arriving

Confirm your endpoint returns HTTP 200 within 5 seconds. Use the Webhook Test tool in Settings → Developer to replay the last 10 events.
