Enterprise Account Configuration

Single Sign-On (SSO) Setup

Configure SAML 2.0 or OAuth 2.0 authentication with your identity provider:

    Navigate to Settings → Security → SSO Configuration

    Access your enterprise SSO dashboard

    Select Identity Provider

    Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, OneLogin, or custom SAML

    Configure Metadata Exchange

    Upload IdP metadata XML and download SP metadata for your IdP

    Test & Enable

    Validate authentication flow in test mode before production rollout

Enterprise Note: JIT (Just-In-Time) provisioning automatically creates user accounts on first SSO login. Configure default roles under User Provisioning settings.

CRM Integration (Salesforce Example)

Connect your CRM for bi-directional data synchronization:

Step 1: Install Managed Package

Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Salesforce → Install Package

Step 2: Authorize OAuth Connection

Grant Lane Command read/write permissions for Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, and Tasks

Step 3: Configure Field Mapping

Map custom fields between your CRM and Lane Command. Standard fields auto-map.

Step 4: Set Sync Rules

Define which records sync: All leads, specific record types, or filtered views

Expected Sync Time: Initial sync completes in 15–45 minutes for up to 500K records. Real-time updates process within 30 seconds.
